What We Believe and Teach

  • That God created man in His own image, male and female He created them. (Genesis 1:27)

  • Ephesians 2:8 “8 For it is by grace you have been saved, through faith—and this is not from yourselves, it is the gift of God”

  • Matthew 28:19 “Therefore go and make disciples of all nations, baptizing them in the name of the Father and of the Son and of the Holy Spirit,”

    Acts 8:38-39 “And he gave orders to stop the chariot. Then both Philip and the eunuch went down into the water and Philip baptized him. When they came up out of the water, the Spirit of the Lord suddenly took Philip away, and the eunuch did not see him again, but went on his way rejoicing.”

  • Deuteronomy 6:4 “4 Hear, O Israel: The Lord our God, the Lord is one.[a]”

  • Begotten of God, born of a virgin, lived a sinless life, died, was buried, rose from the dead and seated at the right hand of God, the Father. John 3:16, Acts 2:22-24

  • Acts 8:14-17 “When the apostles in Jerusalem heard that Samaria had accepted the word of God, they sent Peter and John to Samaria. When they arrived, they prayed for the new believers there that they might receive the Holy Spirit, because the Holy Spirit had not yet come on any of them; they had simply been baptized in the name of the Lord Jesus. Then Peter and John placed their hands on them, and they received the Holy Spirit”;

    Acts 1:5, 8 “For John baptized with[a] water, but in a few days you will be baptized with[b] the Holy Spirit.”

    “8 But you will receive power when the Holy Spirit comes on you; and you will be my witnesses in Jerusalem, and in all Judea and Samaria, and to the ends of the earth.”

  • They are still current and are given as the Spirit wills for the common good. 1 Corinthians 12 :4-11

  • There may be many ‘local’ churches but we are all one in Christ who is the Head. 1 Corinthians 12:12; Colossians 1:18

  • The 66 books of the Bible, is the final Word of God, nothing can be added or subtracted. 2 Timothy 3:14-16

  • 2 Corinthians 7:1 Ephesians 4:1

  • 1 Corinthians 11: 23-26 “23 For I received from the Lord what I also passed on to you: The Lord Jesus, on the night he was betrayed, took bread, 24 and when he had given thanks, he broke it and said, “This is my body, which is for you; do this in remembrance of me.” 25 In the same way, after supper he took the cup, saying, “This cup is the new covenant in my blood; do this, whenever you drink it, in remembrance of me.” 26 For whenever you eat this bread and drink this cup, you proclaim the Lord’s death until he comes.”

  • Acts 1:9-11 “9 After he said this, he was taken up before their very eyes, and a cloud hid him from their sight. 10 They were looking intently up into the sky as he was going, when suddenly two men dressed in white stood beside them. 11 “Men of Galilee,” they said, “why do you stand here looking into the sky? This same Jesus, who has been taken from you into heaven, will come back in the same way you have seen him go into heaven.”
